Print / Web / Motion Designer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Designer. This person will work directly with agency account executives and a team of creative professionals and will be responsible for: developing creative solutions to achieve a variety of client goals, presenting multiple design directions per project, managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized archives and filing systems, and preparing files for print, creating mock-ups, and attending press checks.

Qualified applicants will have at least 4-5 years of experience as a graphic and/or web designer, strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, working knowledge of Figma or similar UI/UX design tools, and informed opinions on industry trends including printing methods, typography, digital layout, and motion design.

Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer. This person will work closely with the broadcast producer, director, coordinator, and assistant editors on: editing commercials and branded content, editing long-format documentaries, editing reality TV and episodic content, editing music videos, and developing innovative approaches to post-production techniques.

Qualified applicants will have expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Avid Media Composer, expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading, familiarity with node-based compositing tools such as Nuke or Fusion, experience with 3D motion graphics using Cinema 4D or similar, skills in sound design and audio mixing, and professional experience with broadcast and digital delivery standards.

Web Programmer / Developer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Web Programmer / Developer. This person will work with agency account executives and designers and will be responsible for: client-server and object-oriented development, cross-browser and cross-device solutions, brand and messaging integration, e-commerce initiatives and email campaign development, full web lifecycle development, developing creative solutions to achieve a variety of client goals, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining organized archives and filing systems.

We are looking for someone who can efficiently manage time and thrive under pressure, maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in a team environment, take constructive criticism and apply it to their work, bring a collaborative attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed, and stay current on emerging standards, frameworks, and digital trends.

Key skills required: 5+ years of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript including modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js; 5+ years of PHP and MySQL; experience with REST APIs and headless CMS architectures; 5+ years of WordPress including custom theme and plugin development; proficiency in tools such as VS Code, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator; experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify; familiarity with Git and version control workflows; Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing knowledge.

Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and talented Account Executive. This person must be a thoughtful self-starter with the ability to lead and follow direction with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include serving as strategist and day-to-day lead on marketing campaigns, evaluating new business and media opportunities, managing internal workflows to ensure consistency of message, creating project updates, presentations, and pitches, and monitoring industry trends and client budgets.

Qualified applicants will have at least 3 years of agency experience managing marketing and advertising accounts, proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, experience running integrated marketing campaigns from conception through reporting, and the ability to delegate efficiently while owning deadlines and deliverables.

Media Planner / Buyer

Media planners and buyers play a critical role in every campaign we run. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing audience data, building targeted media strategies, and ensuring every campaign reaches the right people through the right channels at the right time. This includes traditional media such as broadcast TV, radio, print, and out-of-home, as well as digital channels including programmatic, paid social, streaming audio and video, and display advertising.

Requirements: 3+ years of media planning and buying experience, four-year degree required, strong analytical and numerical skills, deep knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, experience with programmatic platforms and digital ad buying, working knowledge of Strata and Nielsen, familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
