Web Programmer / Developer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Web Programmer / Developer

This person will work with agency account executives and designers and will be responsible for:

• Client-server & object-oriented concepts
• Cross-browser solutions
• Image brand and message development
• E-commerce initiatives & E-mail campaigns
• Total web lifecycle development
• Developing creative solutions to help achieve a variety of client goals
• Handling multiple projects at once; multitasking when necessary
• Maintaining archives and accurate filing systems for all projects

We are looking for someone who can:

Key skills required:

• 5-7 Years WordPress, BuddyPress, Drupal & Joomla

This person will work directly with agency account executives and a team of talented designers and will be responsible for:

• Developing creative solutions to help achieve a variety of client goals
• Providing multiple options for design projects
• Handling multiple projects at once; multitasking when necessary
• Maintaining archives and accurate filing systems for all projects
• Preparing files for print, creating mock-ups and attending press checks

We are looking for someone who can:

• Efficiently and effectively manage time and achieve grace under pressure
• Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in a team environment
• Take constructive criticism and incorporate it into their work
• Keep a can-do attitude & a willingness to pitch in where needed

Qualified applicants will have:

• At least 4-5 years experience as a graphic and/or web designer
• Strong proficiency in all Adobe design software, including AfterEffects and Flash
• Expertise and opinions on industry trends such as printing methods, paper choices, website layouts, etc.

This person will work closely with broadcast producer, director, coordinator, and assistant editors:

• Editing HD and film / television commercials
• Editing long format documentaries
• Editing reality TV shows
• Editing music videos • Developing innovating conceptual approaches to post production techniques

We are looking for someone who can:

Account Executive

Berning Marketing and Productions is looking for an experienced, assertive, motivated and talented Account Executive. This person must be a thoughtful self-starter with the ability to give and follow direction with little supervision.

This person will work directly with agency clientele and a team of talented professionals and will be responsible for:

• Acting as strategist and supervisor for marketing campaigns
• Evaluation of new business and media opportunities as they arise
• Managing internal process to ensure consistency of message
• Creating project updates, pitches and maintaining consistent client communication
• Monitoring industry trends and client budgets

We are looking for someone who can:

• Efficiently and effectively manage time and achieve grace under pressure
• Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in a team environment
• Take constructive criticism and incorporate it into his/her work
• Keep a can-do attitude & a willingness to pitch in where needed

• at least 3 years agency experience managing marketing and advertising accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience running marketing and multimedia campaigns from conception to results
• The ability to delegate tasks efficiently and effectively while being responsible for deadlines

Media Planner/ Buyer

Media planners and buyers are key in the advertising and marketing industry. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively and dreaming up innovative strategies to make sure every marketing campaign reaches the right target audience in the most effective way possible. Media planners assess the impact and suitability of different types of media for targeting a specific market that their client wants to reach. Media planners collect and analyze information about different media channels, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, films, television, the internet and outdoor media, including posters and digital billboards, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods.
